Application:
Evenly across background to achieve effective bond
or plaster/ render coat to background. Protect adjacent joinery and other
surfaces.
Mix Unilit 15 with clean water - 4.5 to 5.25 litres of
water to 30 kg of powder depending on the temperature and substrate. Mix
manually or mechanically for 2 to 3 minutes.
Apply manually or mechanically to a dry or wet substrate, the . If the substrate
is too dry, dampen down the surface prior to application. Do not apply in
temperatures below 5°C or above 40°C. The mortar remains workable for 2 hours
and dries in 4 hours. Protection must be provided in conditions of excess heat
or drying winds as well as from frost for 48 to 72 hours.
Apply keying, priming or levelling coat of Unilit 15/P2 in a maximum layer of 10
mm by steel trowel and finish with open texture for the application
of following layers.
